The family of a woman who died while locked in a freezer at an Arby's is suing the restaurant and the company that owned the franchise location. Nguyet Le, 63, was temporarily managing the Arby's in New Iberia, Louisiana, where one of her children also worked. It was her son who found her body in the freezer on May 11, according to the family's lawsuit.
