One alligator at large, one dead after pair spotted in northwest Ohio river

An alligator was killed by northwest Ohio law enforcement after two of the animals were spotted in a river earlier this month. The alligators were first spotted in St. Mary's River in Auglaize County on May 7. The Ohio Department of Agriculture said there had been attempts made to capture the alligators but those were unsuccessful.
