Justice announces cabinet secretaries for a split DHHR

CHARLESTON – Gov. Jim Justice and officials with the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources announced Wednesday the next steps toward splitting the agency into three new departments, including the appointment of three new cabinet secretaries.
