Crash near downtown Wichita sends eight people to the hospital, including two children

Eight people were taken to the hospital after an accident Monday on Murdock near downtown Wichita. The crash was reported around 11:55 a.m. A white vehicle heading east on Murdock struck a curb, lost a wheel and lost control, skidding into oncoming traffic, Wichita police captain Ronald Hunt said at a media briefing.
