Norwich police seeking ‘person of interest’ in fatal shooting of teen

Police are looking to question a person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of a teenager in Norwich on Wednesday afternoon. Officers and detectives responded to Sandy Lane at about 1:40 p.m. on the report of a shooting and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest, according to the Norwich Police Department.
