ROYAL OAK, MI — A Clinton Township woman is facing charges after police said she spray-painted anti-Semitic graffiti on a Royal Oak Synagogue. Randi Lucille Nord, 35, was charged with ethnic intimidation (a felony that carries up to two years in prison or a fine up $5,000) and malicious destruction of a building (a misdemeanor that carries up to 93 days in jail or a fine up to $500). Nord's bond was given a $75,000 bond and she is not allowed to contact with Rabbi Polter or The Woodward Shul....
