Ohio voters will have to show photo ID during Tuesday election

Tuesday's election will be the first under Ohio's new election law requiring voters to show photo ID at the polls. Those without a valid form of identification can cast a provisional ballot, but they have to return to the board of elections within four days to provide a qualifying form of identification for their ballot to be counted.
