Hours after saying 'I Do' on Folly Beach, bride Samantha Miller killed in golf cart crash

FOLLY BEACH — The woman killed when a car collided with a golf cart along a Folly Beach road has been identified. And a GoFundMe initiative to pay for funeral costs and medical expenses for others injured in the accident was started by her mother-in-law.
