Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll exits game with apparent knee injury

DENVER — Diamondbacks left fielder Corbin Carroll exited Saturday night’s game after appearing to hurt his left knee while trying to make a catch in the bottom of the sixth inning. Carroll raced back in pursuit of a ball off the bat of the Rockies’ Ryan McMahon, then left his feet trying to make a leaping catch.
