St. Paul Man Killed By FBI Linked To Puppy Abuse Incident

MINNEAPOLIS — A search and seizure warrant released by the FBI has shed more light on the man who was shot and killed by an agent in north Minneapolis Thursday. The federal document identified the suspect as Chue Feng Yang, 33, of St. Paul. He had several outstanding warrents at the time of his death, including one tied to a Jan. 30 police chase.
