UPDATE, 18-year-old arrested in 4-year-old's shooting death

A local teen was arrested late Monday on felony murder and battery charges in connection with a shooting on Carson Street earlier that afternoon where a 4-year-old was killed and a local man was injured, Hot Springs police said in a news release Tuesday.
