Strong track and field performances highlight this week in sports

BIG RAPIDS — Track and field runners found ideal conditions to set high marks early in the season and several didn't disappoint. Star: Big Rapids' Owen Westerkamp won the 400-meter, 800-meter, 4x400 relay and the 4x800 relay at Newaygo on Tuesday.
