Firefighters fighting another blaze in Union City

North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue members are battling a four-alarm blaze in Union City, the third large fire in the area in the past 36 hours. This fire broke out after 5 a.m. this morning at a large three-story apartment building at 19th Street and Kerrigan Avenue. Video shows that the roof of the building has collapsed. All streets in the immediate area, including Kennedy Boulevard, are closed. Fire officials could not be immediately reached for details on the blaze.
