Homes being evacuated in Sugar House neighborhood due to flooding

SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City Fire is evacuating about 35 homes in a Sugar House neighborhood as flooding continues. The Red Cross announced it is opening an evacuation shelter at a The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building on 2215 E. Roosevelt Avenue.
