Terry Sanderson, retired optometrist who sued Gwyneth Paltrow, says it wasn’t worth it

The man who sued Gwyneth Paltrow wishes he didn’t. A jury in Park City, Utah, concluded Terry Sanderson was “100 percent” at fault in the ski collision with the Oscar winner, which occurred in 2016 at Deer Valley Resort. Paltrow was awarded $1 and the reimbursement of her legal fees for her countersuit. Sanderson, a retired optometrist, told reporters he was “very disappointed” to lose the case.
