Gas Company Tower was once a gleaming model of downtown America's ascendancy. Located squarely in Los Angeles' central business district, the 52-story skyscraper has a strong pedigree. It's home to a collection of major corporate tenants, including the Southern California Gas Company, the white-shoe law firm Sidley Austin, and Deloitte, one of the Big Four accounting firms.
