LOS ANGELES, CA — The culinary scene in Southern California is well-represented in the 2023 Restaurant and Chef Awards nominees announced Wednesday by the James Beard Foundation. Perhaps, Orange County is underrepresented, however. Only one Orange County chef/local eatery was honored, but it's a pretty big honor.
