Iowa murder suspect arrested outside pot dispensary in South Dakota

A suspect in an Iowa killing was arrested Friday outside a marijuana dispensary in South Dakota, authorities said. Nathanial Byron Kessel, 41, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, is now awaiting extradition.
