The Stanford Law dean who apologized to conservative Judge Kyle Duncan after he was heckled by a group of liberal students has issued a searing, 10-page legal argument defending herself and explaining to them why their behavior was so unjustified. 

Dean Jenny Martinez apologized to Duncan after his speech at the Federalist Society. Her apology was met with yet more anger from the young students who'd protested his being there in the first place.
