Biden designates indigenous ancestral land in El Paso a national monument
A historical landscape known as Castner Range is now a national monument, President Biden announced Tuesday. The swath of land in El Paso, Tex., which generations of Latinos have fought to preserve, spans about 7,000 acres and is situated along the Rio Grande.
