South Korean President Yoon Lands For Summit In Japan

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol arrived in Japan on Thursday looking to open a "new chapter" in relations, just hours after Pyongyang fired a long-range ballistic missile.
He will meet Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida later Thursday for the first full-scale summit between leaders of the two countries in 12 years.
