Chester pair arrested in robbery of their ride-share driver in southern Delaware

Delaware State police found two men from Chester on Saturday morning shortly after they allegedly robbed their ride-share driver near Laurel, Delaware. Michael Flamer and Tajon West, both 18, were charged with robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing and related offenses. Both were arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $47,500 bond.
