Congress Members' Social Security Numbers Compromised in Healthcare Data Hack

The personal information—including social security numbers—of more than 56,000 people were compromised in a hack of a healthcare marketplace for DC lawmakers and residents. According to a report from The New York Times, federal investigators informed congressional leadership on Friday that they had identified the personal information of members of the House, Senate, their families and staffers on the dark web as a result of the breach.
