Nearly two years after announcing plans to investigate Louisville Metro and the city's police department in the aftermath of the killing of Breonna Taylor, the U.S. Department of Justice released its scathing report Wednesday. The report is 90 pages long, with a lengthy list of reported violations. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland was set to discuss the release at a press conference Wednesday in downtown Louisville.
