Northbrook police blotter: Chicago man charged with theft of televisions from his employer

The following items were taken from Northbrook Police Department reports, news release records. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Flyn E. Ruperto of Sycamore was charged with financial exploitation of the elderly Feb. 22. A person reported Ruperto was unlawfully taking money from an elderly Northbrook couple at a time she was hired to take care of them.
