A second round of February snow hit the Portland metro area on Wednesday, which could mean icy roads for local commuters later in the day. The region was under a winter weather advisory Wednesday morning for areas above 500 feet elevation, with the Oregon Department of Transportation advising drivers to plan for slippery road conditions on morning and evening commutes.
