Teen El Paso girl fatally shot after going for walk in Upper East Side neighborhood

The unsolved shooting death of a 16-year-old El Paso girl remains under investigation in a neighborhood in the Upper East Side, police said. The homicide investigation determined that on Thursday night the teenager had walked for undisclosed reasons to an area near a drainage alley between Coyote Trail and Apache Point Drive.
