Boston Celtics standout Jaylen Brown suffered a facial fracture Wednesday night, the team announced Thursday in its injury report. Brown was injured when he was inadvertently struck in the face by the elbow of teammate Jayson Tatum during the game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
