A Phoenix-based bank is creating a tech hub in Westerville, investing $2.2 million in a project that will create 150 jobs. Western Alliance Bank said Monday it is hiring data analysts, engineers, developers, network operators, management, finance specialists and other positions. The expansion in Westerville is meant to support the bank's growing products and business segment.
