PHILADELPHIA, PA — City police arrested a man Monday after a shooting near Philadelphia's City Hall during the morning rush hour, according to reports.
The investigation snarled traffic around 15th and Market streets, according to 6ABC. Police arrived around 8 a.m. on reports of shots fired and later arrested one person, NBC10 reported.
Police confirmed a shooting took place but did not provide further details or information about injuries, according to NBC10.
