A new set of state lawmakers will be sworn in on Tuesday, and they've got big plans on everything from how the medical marijuana program should be run to whether Ohio should still impose the death penalty. The 135th General Assembly will be dominated by Republican ideas. The GOP has the governorship as well as supermajorities in both the Ohio House and Ohio Senate.
