Dear Legislature: Here’s a 2023 wishlist to save the Great Salt Lake

Will Utah save the Great Salt Lake before it’s too late? That’s the question on many minds this winter as lake levels hit record lows for the second year in a row and hyper-salinity threatens brine fly and shrimp populations.
