Judge gives U.S. 5 weeks to stop expelling migrants under Title 42 policy

A federal judge on Wednesday gave federal immigration authorities five weeks to stop using a public health authority known as Title 42 to swiftly expel migrants, a ruling that could block the main tool the Biden administration has used to manage an unprecedented migration wave along the U.S.-Mexico border.
