Indiana's near-total abortion ban will remain on hold while it faces a legal challenge from Planned Parenthood and other health care organizations. The Indiana Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld a lower court's injunction against S.B. 1, which was signed into law by Republican Gov. Eric Holcomb in August and was slated to go into effect Sept. 15.
