Police Org Blames 'Anti-police Rhetoric' for Connecticut Shooting

The National Fraternal Order of Police on Thursday released a statement following the fatal shooting of two Connecticut police officers blaming "anti-police rhetoric" by some for "placing our officers in greater danger."
Bristol Police Sgt. Dustin Demonte, 35, and Officer Alex Hamzy, 34, died on Wednesday after engaging in a shootout with two brothers who authorities say faked a 911 call about a domestic dispute.
