Ken Paxton flees from subpoena at his house before abortion hearing
A process server who attempted to deliver Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton a subpoena on Monday morning says Paxton ran away from him after he stood at the door of Paxton's home in Collin County and explained to Paxton's wife that he had important legal documents for him.
