Prosecutors and defense lawyers for Donald Trump are set to meet in a Brooklyn courtroom for their first conference with Judge Raymond Dearie, the independent arbiter tasked with reviewing documents seized from the former president’s Florida residence.
In a brief order Friday, Judge Dearie said the lawyers should meet for a preliminary conference Tuesday and asked them to submit agenda items by the close of business Monday.
