Congressional Negotiators Settle on $10 Billion for Covid Tests, Treatments

Senators have agreed on a $10 billion spending deal to further fund the U.S. response to the coronavirus pandemic, two aides familiar with the matter said, well below what the White House originally requested for vaccines and therapeutics.
