10 Pilots From Major Airlines Suing CDC Over Mask Mandates On Airplanes

A group of pilots from JetBlue, American Airlines, and Southwest have filed a lawsuit against the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Department of Health and Human Services after the mask mandate for airports and airlines was extended.
The pilots allege in their lawsuit that the CDC acted “without providing public notice or soliciting comment,” according to Business Insider.
