Learn more »The Wisconsin cop who shot Jacob Blake on Aug 23 will not face criminal charges in the case — nor will any other officers, Kenosha District Attorney Michael Graveley announced Tuesday.
“It is my decision .. that no Kenosha law enforcement officer in this case will be charged with any criminal offense based on the facts and the laws,” Graveley said.
Blake was shot by Police Officer Rusten Sheskey, who was responding to a report of a domestic disturbance.
