As of Monday evening, “President-elect Joe Biden [had] named six leaders of his foreign policy and national security teams.” These include Antony Blinken as Secretary of State, Alejandro Mayorkas as Secretary of Homeland Security, Avril Haines as Director of National Intelligence, John Kerry as Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, Jake Sullivan as National Security Adviser, and Linda Thomas-Greenfield as US Ambassador to the United Nations.
