Even as he and his legal team continue to insist he won the election, President Trump has consistently dropped hints – today stating he hopes “they keep” one of his policies – that he secretly understands he lost to Democrat Joe Biden.
During his first public remarks since he reiterated his false claim of victory at a briefing two days after the election, Trump appeared to acknowledge the possibility of a Biden administration when discussing the possibility of a national lockdown.
