President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden are employing divergent tactics in the final week before Election Day, with Mr. Trump set to crisscross the country for campaign rallies while Mr. Biden’s operation floods the airwaves and relies on a more virtual approach.
Mr. Trump scheduled three campaign stops in Pennsylvania on Monday and has rallies planned later this week in Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan and Nebraska. Mr. Trump has told reporters he may do up to five rallies a day in the final days before the election.
