Kyle Rittenhouse attorney to sue Joe Biden for defamation over ‘false’ white supremacist ad

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden ran a heavily edited campaign ad after Tuesday night’s presidential debate that may cost him more than the fee paid to air the spot.

The ad capitalized on a wholly dishonest assessment by the candidate and his allies in the media that President Trump refused to condemn white supremacy — included in the deceptive ad was a photograph of Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old who killed two protesters attacking him in Kenosha, Wisc., and wounding a third.
