Job seekers and hiring managers are mostly OK with the virtual job-interview process foisted upon them by the COVID-19 pandemic — so much so, many plan to continue the process once the crisis is over.
According to a new study by Zenefits, 58% of hiring managers say they plan to keep conducting virtual interviews even after COVID-19 precautions are lifted.
