George Floyd's funeral service to be held in Houston

George Floyd's funeral service is being held at the Fountain of Praise Church in Houston on Tuesday at 11 a.m. local time (12 p.m. ET) — just over two weeks after his death at the hands of Minneapolis police set off nationwide protests. About 500 guests invited by the Floyd family, including political leaders and celebrities, are expected to be in attendance, CBS Houston affiliate KHOU reported.
