NY Times, CNBC, WashPost Don't Attend WH Press Conferences
Several news organizations have stopped attending the White House press briefings about the coronavirus pandemic out of health concerns and the belief that little news comes out of them.
Paul Farhi, The Washington Post's media reporter, wrote that his paper, along with The New York Times and CNBC, are no longer represented at the briefings. Those outlets are, however, watching the briefings on television and report any news.
