Police: Swastika carved into wall at U of I

URBANA, Ill. (WAND) – A swastika was found carved into a wall on the U of I campus, police said.
At 7:18 p.m. Monday, police said a student found the symbol carved into a bathroom stall. It was in the Foreign Languages Building, located at 707 S. Mathews Ave. in Urbana.
Officers said it’s unclear when the damage happened.
Police have not provided any information at this time about a possible arrest in the investigation.
