As NBC expects record viewership during the 2016 summer Olympics in Rio De Janiero, which officially kicked off Friday, Bloomberg reports that Hillary Clinton's campaign has shelled out at least $5.5 million on TV ads while GOP nominee Donald Trump has no time reserved as of now or for the rest of the summer or fall.
