Obama vows no more short-term budget measures

President Obama warned Congress Friday that he won’t sign another stopgap spending bill to keep the government running when the current measure expires in December.
“I will not sign another short-sighted spending bill like the one Congress sent me this week,” Mr. Obama said at the White House.
